The Joint Distribution Committee this week received a list of 238 names of Jews from the Baltic countries of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia who are now refugees in Siberia, it was announced today. In addition to the names, the list gives the cities of origin of the refugees. American relatives seeking more information concerning the people whose names appear on it may call at or write to the J.D.C. office here.
