Twenty-nine students from Israel and various North African countries this week-end received certificates at the first graduation exercises at the Joint Distribution Committee’s Paul Baerwald School for the training of Jewish social workers. The students will return to their native countries to apply their training. Next year’s class will number 35, from Tunisia, Morocco, Tangiers, Italy, France, Israel, Switzerland, Portugal and Holland.
