J. M. Speers Succeeds Brown As China Famine Relief Head

It was announced yesterday that James M. Speers, president of James McCutcheon & Company, has been elected to succeed Dr. David A. Brown as president of the China Famine Relief, U. S. A., Inc. The election of new officers took place at the United Charities Building at 105 East Twenty-second street. Rabbi Samuel H. Goldenson is on the board of directors.
