The South African Jewish Board of Deputies has written Jacob Landau, managing director of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, that the news service is “worthy of the support of Jewry for its outstanding services in the interests of the Jewish people.”
The deputies in their communication said they wanted to place this opinion on record “after hearing the very informative and illuminating address of Mr. Jacob Landau on the activities of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.” Mr. Landau has been in this country for some time.
