Jacob Billikopf of this city, Executive Director of the Federation of Jewish Charities, was elected Vice President of the National Conference of Jewish Social Service, at its annual convention in Toronto, yesterday.
Dr. I. M. Rubinow, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Jewish Welfare Association, was made a member of the Executive Committee of the Conference.
