Jacob Billikopf, former Executive Director of the American Jewish Relief Society and in charge of the campaign for the $10,000,000 fund for Jewish war relief, has consented to act as temporary “impartial chairman,” under the terms of a contract entered into last monththy the cloakmakers union and the manufacturers when peace was declared in the garmet industry strike, according to an announcment made yesterday by the New York Clothing Manufacturers’ Exchange.
