An honorary degree of Doctor of Laws was conferred here today by Morgan State College upon Jacob Blaustein, noted American Jewish leader. Mr. Blaustein has honorary degrees of Doctor of Humane Letters from his alma mater, Lehigh University, and Hebrew Union College.
