Jacob Blaustein, American Jewish leader, was the quest of honor today at a luncheon given by Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion. Foreign Minister Golda Meir and other members of the Cabinet attended the luncheon. Prior to the luncheon, Mr. Blaustein conferred with David Horowitz, Governor of the Bank of Israel.
