Jacob Groper, a Rumanian Jewish poet, author and lecturer, died in his native land at the age of 76, it was reported here today from Bucharest. In addition to his own creative work, Mr. Groper translated into Yiddish a number of noted Rumanian poets and poetry of Goethe, Heine, Baudelaire and Verlaine.
