Jacob Mandell, a brother-in-law of Herman Bernstein, died yesterday after having undergone an operation.
Mr. Mandell, who was sixty-four years old, came to New York from Moscow in 1890. He was an expert photo-engraver.
He is survived by two sons, Dr. Edward Mandell of New York and Dr. Harold Mandell of Kingston, N. Y.
