Shiro Haga, counsellor of the Japanese Embassy in the Vatican, will be named minister to Israel shortly in a general reshuffling of Japanese envoys, Foreign Minister Auchiro Fujiyama announced. Mr. Haga was head of foreign affairs section of the parliamentary library before he became counsellor of the Japanese Embassy in the Vatican in 1954. He is 48 years old.
