Israel B. Brodie, President of the American Economic Committee for Palestine, addressed a forum here at the Jewish Community Center, Jersey City. Rabbi Benjamin Plotkin presided. Mr. Brodie described the recent economic growth of Palestine. Palestine is the cynosure of all eyes, he said, not only because of its industrial and agricultural growth but also because of the progressive liberal social theories that are actually being put into practice.
Another speaker was Joseph S. Shubow, who explained the nature and purpose of the Palestine Savings Corporations of the American Economic Committee.
