The second successive Saturday of demonstrations against Sabbath traffic here ended in the injury of two policemen and the arrest of 15 religious extremists.
Three demonstrations during the morning and early afternoon, in which buses were stoned, window smashed and policemen called Nazis, ended without violence. In a fourth, however, a group of religious zealots blocked the road, refusing to budge. Police cleared the road, arresting eight persons. Towards dusk, stones thrown from a building at the police patrol injured two officers, whereupon the patrol moved into the yard and arrested seven suspects.
