Jerusalem police officials are drafting a plan to erect barriers between the city’s Jewish and Arab neighborhoods, Israel’s Army Radio reported. The minister of public security, Uzi Landau, said he supports the plan because it will make it harder for terrorists to enter Israel from the West Bank.
