The approach road to Jerusalem was today named Weizmann Boulevard in ceremonies which were part of a series of events honoring Israel’s first President on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his death.
Benjamin Weizmann, son of the late President, arrived from England to take part in the ceremony in which Justice Minister Dov Joseph, Jewish National Fund president Yaakov Tsur and Jerusalem Mayor Mordechai Ish-Shalom, also participated.
