The Jew as an eternal spectator, now viewing with alarm the unfavorite changes transpiring in the field of human relationship, was described by Rabbi Samuel Price of Beth El temple in an address at a joint meeting of the Rotary and Exchang clubs. “The brutal passions of man have not been abated by the progress of the times,” he said. “The situation in Germany indicates that mankind is wantonly destroying the instruments it has devised for its own safety.”
