It was learned today that a Jewish woman was among the ten persons officially listed as having been killed during the clash Thursday between police and a funeral procession of workers. She was Lea Arzt, 27, a costermonger, who was in a pregnant condition.

A survey established today that 200 Jewish shops were among those plundered by lawless elements taking advantage of the disorders.

Labor leaders arrested included Emanuel Sherer, head of the Jewish Workers Party, members of which participated in the funeral procession which followed the body of a worker killed in an unemployment demonstration.

Although the disturbance was in no way a Jewish issue, the Nationalist Endeks are using it to promote a strong anti-Semitic agitation.
