Jewish accountants appearing for their examinations before the Dominion Association of Chartered Accountants will no longer have to violate the Sabbath, it was announced here today. The announcement said that the Dominion Association has resolved not to hold such examinations on the Sabbath in the future. The decision was reached after representations were made jointly by the Canadian Jewish Congress and rabbinical groups in various parts of the country.
