Czechoslovak Jewish circles hers expressed the ##ef that the reorganization activities of the Jewish Actions Committee, which in with the establishment of the new government, will soon come to an end.
At the same time it was learned that Eugene Fischgrund, head of the Prague ##ce of the Jewish Agency, has been appointed to membership on the Administrative Committee of the Council of Jewish Communities of Bohemia-Moravia. Until recently ##re were no Zionists on the Committee, following the shake-up of the membership the body conducted by the Actions Committee.
Final changes in the Prague Jewish Community were announced today as follows: Dr. Karel Stein, a Zionist, remains as chairman of the group; the new vice-chairmen are Dr. Edmund Schwarz, Alois Gips, who will represent the Orthodox sec-## of the community, and Joseph Shulz. In addition to the chairman and vice-cha ##rmen, the group is now composed of four additional executive members, three of ## were named by the Jewish Actions Committee.
Ernest Frischer, who was removed from his post as chairman of the Council Jewish Communities of Bohemia-Moravia, has been allowed to remain on the Prague Jewish Community’s Board, which is made up of 32 members.
