Jewish activists in Belarus appealed to the government to respond to a recent desecration of Jewish tombstones. Referring to the desecration of about 60 Jewish graves at two cemeteries in Minsk, the Union of Jewish Public Organizations and Communities said anti-Semitism had reached “a massive scale” in Belarus.
