The appointment of Jewish Agency representatives for Argentina, Peru and Costa Rica was announced here today by Benno Weiser, director of the Latin American Department of the Jewish Agency. The appointments were made by the Jewish Agency executive.
Dr. Abraham Mibashan, who has been connected with the Jewish Agency for many years, will act as its representative in Buenos Aires. The representative in Peru is Dr. Marcos Roitman. In Costa Rica, the representative is Israel Blumenfeld, former publisher of the “Juedische Rundschau” in postwar Germany.
