The Jewish Agency’s executive, meeting here today, decided to bring to Israel the remaining 300 members of the Cochin Jewish community in India.
Three thousand Cochin Jews who were brought to Israel previously, were found, according to a report to the Agency executive, to have been absorbed successfully in various spheres of Israeli life, including agriculture, development areas and urban centers.
