The Jewish Agency today denied reports that immigration from Japan to Israel was expected. “There is no truth in such reports,” an Agency spokesman said. He made it clear that the Jewish Agency received no applications from Japan for immigration and that “it has absolutely no plans for dispatching missions to Japan regarding immigration.”
