The Jewish Agency executive will meet in plenary session tomorrow with the drafting of an exact agenda for the forthcoming World Zionist Congress as its first order of business. (A preliminary agenda was announced last week.)
Among the proposals for the Congress agenda is that the two-week session open with three major reports on the central activities and problems of the World Zionist Organization. This suggestion is couple with another, that a discussion of the various phases of Jewish Agency activity be held until various committees and subcommittees report to the Congress.
