The Jewish Agency for Palestine and the Hevrat Ovdim, Ltd., a holding company for various Jewish labor institutions, announced their decision today to invest $25,000 each in stock of the Bizur Consolidation Corporation.
Since the beginning of its activities, Bizur has extended loans totaling over $500,000 which enabled execution of projects with a total value of about $1,750,000. The corporation’s debenture bonds bear a six per cent interest rate and are redeemable from 1938 to 1943.
