The Unite Palestine Appeal today reported that $18,415,000 was spent in Palestine during the last seven months by the Jewish Agency, the Keren Hayesod and the Jewish National Fund.
Of this, more than ten million dollars were spent by the Jewish Agency and the Keren Hayesod for immigration activities, agricultural settlements, industrial development and the integration of newcomers. The Jewish National Fund spent $8,000,000, most of it for acquisition of new land.
