A budget of $111, 600, 000 was presented today by Aryeh L. Pincus, chairman and treasurer of the Jewish Agency, at the Agency’s plenary session here. The total is expected to mean a slight decline in the activities of the Agency due to price rises in Israel, but activities in countries outside of Israel will not be affected.
The Zionist Actions Committee, supreme body of the Zionist Organization between Zionist Congresses, will open its session here tonight at the Convention Hall with an address by Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Zionist Organization. He will speak on relations between the Zionist movement and world Jewry. The session, which will last 10 days, will elect additional members to the Jewish Agency executive, including non-party Zionists from the United States and European countries.
