Acting under impact of the Korean war and increased tension throghout the world, the Jewish Agency has now completed a plan to bring to Israel 50,000 Jewish youths from various parts of the world before world developments make such a transfer difficult.

A report to this effect was made here today by Moshe Kol, director of the Youth Aliyah movement sponsored by the Jewish Agency. Mr. Kol, who is now in Britain mobilizing support for the movement, said that the plan provides for the transfer of the 50,000 youths within a period of three years.

Expressing the hope that Youth Aliyah will double the funds it has raised previcusly, Mr. Kol estimated that $64,400,000 would be needed in the next three years to provide for the maintenance of children under the movement’s care, in addition to the housing provided by the Israel Government.
