Zalman Shazar, deputy chairman of the Jewish Agency executive in Jerusalem, arrived here today on the first leg of a trip to study the possibilities of expanding Zionist educational work in Europe.
Mr. Shazar plans to visit Holland and France during the next two weeks. He will also discuss with the London office of the Agency a number of problems which will be considered at the meeting of the World Zionist Actions Committee scheduled to be held in Jerusalem in the middle of December.
