Steps to facilitate the transfer of Polish-Jewish refugees in Russia to Palestine are being undertaken by the Jewish Agency, it was announced here today by A. Dobkin, head of the Agency’s immigration department.
The Jewish Agency is not overlooking any of the possibilities of extending aid to Jews in the Nazi-held territories, Mr. Dobkin also stated. He also revealed that attempts are being made to bring Jewish children from the Balkan countries to Palestine via Turkey.
