The Jewish Agency has decided to open a political bureau in Cairo, as well as to strengthen its offices in London and Washington, it was learned here today. The Agency, it is understood, has completed the draft of a memorandum to be submitted to the Palestine Administration and the British Government in London, which demands free Jewish immigration to be controlled by the Agency and the establishment of a Commonwealth.
