The Jewish Agricultural Society decided today to expand its scholarship program for the benefit of children of Jewish farmers in the United States.
The society, which held its annual meeting here today, provided 18 such scholarships this year. Some of the recipients of the scholarships will specialize in agricultural science and engineering, while others will study the sciences and professions. Robert M. Morgenthau was reelected president of the society.
