Jewish artisans in Mohilev will be provided with credits, according to a decision of the Ukrianian Government.

The Kiev Soviet has sent an investigator to the towns Makoroff, Talne, Pereyaslay, Chabne and others. He will survey the condition of the Jewish population in the small towns with a view to aiding them to engage in productive work. Special attention will be given to the needs of the Jewish youth, to direct them into lines of productive work. Credits will also be allotted to the Jewish artisans.
