Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the Jewish Agency, and Moses Beckelman, European director-general of the Joint Distribution Committee, arrived here today to reopen discussions with the Austrian Government on Jewish restitution claims against Austria.
They will meet Austrian Chancellor Julius Raab tomorrow in a general talk preliminary to resumption of negotiations between a team representing world Jewish organizations headed by Mr. Beckelman and Austrian officials.
