The Jewish chaplains of the United States Army, Navy and Air Force in Europe assembled at the Dutch seaside resort of Scheveningen today for a four-day retreat, a period of study and discussion.
The retreat will be conducted by Rabbi Israel Miller, of New York. A former Army chaplain, he is now a member of the National Jewish Welfare Board’s Chaplaincy Commission.
