JEWISH COLLECTIVE FARMERS IN THE CRIMEA OCCUPY 157,027 HECTARES (ABOUT 392,000 ACRES), IT WAS ANNOUNCED TODAY. COLLECTIVE FARMERS IN THE CRIMEA ARE ORGANIZED IN 85 FARMS, OWNING THE LAND IN PERPETUITY. THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN UNDER SIXTEEN OF CRIMEAN JEWISH COLLECTIVE FARMERS IS 7,000. CONDITIONS OF THE JEWISH FARMERS ARE DESCRIBED AS VERY PROSPEROUS.
