Frank J. Rubenstein, executive director of the Young Men’s Hebrew Association, has been appointed a member of the faculty of the Baltimore Hebrew College to conduct a department in club leadership and communal work.
The course will be given under joint auspices of the Young Men’s Hebrew Association and the Baltimore Hebrew College.
