Representatives of Jewish communal service agencies in Israel, Europe, the United States and Canada opened meetings here this weekend to work out plans for an International Conference of Jewish Communal Service, to be held in 1967. The delegates, including 13 Americans, will define the scope and purpose of the international parley, and decide on the major areas to be included in the deliberations.
