TWO JEWISH COMMUNIST LEADERS NAMED RABITCHEV AND AVRAM HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE COMMUNIST PARTY IN THE KALININDORF JEWISH AUTONOMOUS REGION. THE DISTRICT COMMITTEE OF THE PARTY ACCUSED THEM OF MISDIRECTION OF THE REGION’S NATIONAL POLICY BY EXCLUDING UKRAINIANS FROM JEWISH COLLECTIVE FARMS AND RECOMMENDING FOR ADMISSION TO THE PARTY AN “ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE CONDUCTING TROTSKYIST ACTIVITIES.”
