Three Jewish musicians are among 11 Canadian composers commissioned by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to write music marking the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II for broadcast in Canada and Britain. They are: Murray Adaskin, Professor of Music at the University of Saskatchewan; Walter Kaufmann, conductor of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra; and Alexander Brott, of Montreal.
