The Fifteenth Anniversary of the Cooperative Council, representing 54 welfare societies and 8,000 volunteers engaged in aiding Jewish families, was celebrated with a luncheon at the Riverside Plaza Hotel yesterday. Mrs. Albert Fink was re-elected president of the Council.
