A plan calling for the production of eight and##-half billion zlotys worth of consumer goods this year by the Federation of Jewish Cooperatives in Poland was made public today. The Jewish Central Economic Union will be responsible for providing the necessary raw materials to the cooperatives, the announcement said. The Union has already begun to negotiate with government banks to obtain the loans required to finance the cooperatives’ program.
