Jacob Lescinsky, Berlin correspondent of the Jewish Daily Forward of New York, has been released after several days in prison on the charge of exaggerating reports of the Jewish pogroms last week. Arrested the latter part of last week he was released only to be re-arrested on an order from the war ministry. An appeal against his arrest was lodged with General von Seekt and the war ministry by the Foreign Press Association of Berlin through its President.
