The Bohemian Jewish Council today proclaimed March 13 as a day of mourning for Czech Jews who were murdered by the Germans. Services will be held on that day in all synagogues throughout Czechoslovakia. The council also appealed to non-Jews to participate in the memorial services. Many thousands of Bohemian Jews perished in the gas chambers of the Oswiecim camp, the Council said in the proclamation.
