The executive committee of the Jewish Council of Greater New York will meet at the Hotel Imperial, Broadway and 33rd Street, tomorrow night to discuss plans for a more elaborate cultural program. Speakers will include Abraham Goldberg, vice-chairman of the Council, recently returned from abroad, and Bernard G. Richards, chairman of the council, who is to discuss the achievements of the late Dr. Leo Motzkin, Zionist leader.
