Jewish cultural organizations must submit their programs to the League of Jewish Cultural Societies the fifteenth of every month beginning this month, according to
an order issued by Hans Hinkel, Nazi commissioner for “non-Aryan” affairs.
Program changes must be submitted to the League eight days before the performance, it was announced, and the societies must also submit annual or monthly membership reports and pay the League a fee of three pfennigs per member.
Membership in the League is compulsory for Jewish theatrical, musical and artistic groups.
