In a lengthy editorial, on Dec. 15, the “Jewish World” of Cleveland, has the following remarks about the “Jewish Daily Bulletin”:

“The ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ comes to fill a long felt need in this country: an English daily devoted exclusively to Jewish news from all parts of the world. The ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ will check up on the Jewish news, withholding all dishonest, colored reports regarding Jewish events. At least American newspapers will know whenever their foreign or domestic correspondents will attempt to distort or color reports-the ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ will tell them.

“The ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ will also perform a valuable service in our own midst. The English-speaking Jews in America are not assimilators because of a desire to spite anyone. They are anti-nationalistic not because of animosity to Jewish matters but because of their ignorance of them. They are not familiar with the facts, they do not know about the Jewish movements and aspirations. Hitherto there has been no source of information bearing on Jewish happenings from which the English-speaking Jews could learn about the doings of the Jewries in all parts of the world. The ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ will now furnish them with this information.”
