The 30th annual meeting of the Joint Distribution Committee will be held at the Hotel Commodore on Sunday. Principal speakers will include Paul Baerwald, chairman of the JDC, Rabbi Jonah B. Wise, Alexander Kahn and Isaac H. Levy, vice-chairman, Joseph C. Hyman, executive vice-chairman, and Capt.
