A special Jewish division was organized, under the direction of the Jewish Welfare Federation of Detroit, to participate in the thirteenth annual Detroit Community Fund campaign, to be held from Oct. 20 to Nov. 1.
Nine agencies of the Jewish Welfare Federation receive their annual budgetary allowances from the Community Fund. The budgetary requests of these agencies for 1931 total $343,029.
Clarence H. Enggass is chairman of the general Jewish division. Samuel Summerfield is chairman of the special gifts committee and Nate S. Shapero heads the general division.
