A transport of 296 Jews from the British zone of (##)many who have received Palestine immigration certificates were scheduled to sail (##) Haifa today from Marseilles aboard the S.S. Providence, according to information beleived by the United Palestine Appeal.
The transport includes 76 children under the age of 15, of whom 30 are orphans. (##)rty-two of the youngsters were born in DP camps. Most of the immigrants are (##)ives of Poland, Hungary and Rumania. Arrangements for their migration were made (##) the Jewish Agency and they are being accompanied by a representative of the Joint distribution Committee.
